Are you looking for a long-term career in manufacturing? We have a excellent opportunity for you based in the Dover area.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in keeping the manufacturing process running smoothly. Working as part of a skilled team, your duties will include:

* Operating production machinery including cutting, extrusion, and laminating equipment

* Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency

* Carrying out quality checks on finished products

* Handling aluminium and steel composite materials safely

* Completing basic machine checks and reporting any faults

* Following strict health and safety procedures and wearing required PPE

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe production area

* Working with colleagues to achieve daily production targets

Shift Pattern:

* 4 days on / 4 days off

* Rotating day and night shifts

* 5:45am/pm - 6:15pm/am

* 40.25 hours per week

* Monday to Sunday working pattern

What We're Looking For:

* A reliable and positive attitude

* Willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment

* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Ability to follow instructions and work safely

* Good communication skills and enough English to understand safety procedures

* Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training is provided
