As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating production teams to achieve KPIs and targets
Managing all dismantling line activities and ensuring operational efficiency
Overseeing safe removal of vehicle components and recyclable materials
Liaising with Line Leads and Maintenance Engineer for proactive equipment care
Maintaining strict health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
As a Production Supervisor, your experience will include:
Mechanical qualification (ideally Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics) or equivalent hands-on experience
Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams
Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Resilience under pressure and a proactive, safety-focused mindset
