As a Production Team Leader , you will play a key role in delivering daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a practical, floor-based position suited to a decisive and proactive leader.

As a Production Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading a shift to achieve daily production, efficiency, and performance targets
* Monitoring production KPIs including output, downtime, waste, and quality

* Providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to production operatives
