An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Coordinator to join a business delivering a major national installation programme.

This role will be based from a central office and will focus on coordinating the rollout of locker installations across multiple petrol forecourt sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the programme organised, managing daily updates, coordinating engineers and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

This is not a site management position. The role is best suited to someone with strong programme coordination, administration, client liaison and multi site rollout experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate a major installation programme from end to end

* Manage daily communication between clients, engineers and installation teams

* Coordinate electrical installations, reinstatements and general site activity

* Maintain accurate project updates, schedules and documentation

* Ensure installation crews are planned effectively and hitting daily targets

* Act as the central point of contact for all programme updates

* Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks and deadlines

* Support a fast paced multi site rollout across petrol forecourt locations

* Ensure the programme remains structured, organised and on track

About You

* Experience in programme coordination, project coordination or rollout coordination

* Strong background supporting multi site projects

* Comfortable managing engineers or installation teams remotely

* Confident dealing with clients and external stakeholders

* Highly organised with strong administrative skills

* Able to manage deadlines, updates and changing priorities

* Comfortable working in an office based coordination role

* Available immediately or able to start at short notice

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Programme Coordinator to take ownership of a high value rollout programme with long term potential.
