Salary: £42-47,000

A well-established and award-winning architectural practice is looking to appoint a talented Project Architect to join its dynamic Northampton studio. With a strong reputation built over five decades, the practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including industrial and logistics, education, hospitality, research and development, public sector, leisure, and residential developments. Project values typically range from £500,000 to in excess of £200 million.

The Role:

* Take ownership of projects across all RIBA work stages

* Prepare and coordinate high-quality design and technical documentation

* Work closely with internal teams while maintaining responsibility for project design and delivery

* Lead project execution using Revit as the primary design platform

* Utilise software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and InDesign where appropriate

Requirements:

* Qualified Architect with proven experience managing projects from concept through completion

* Strong design ability alongside excellent technical and coordination skills

* Advanced proficiency in Revit

* Experience leading project teams and liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

* Organised, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional growth
