Project Architect
Location: Northampton
Salary: £45-50,000
An established, multi-disciplinary architectural practice is looking to recruit an experienced Project Architect to join its busy Northampton studio. With an extensive portfolio spanning more than 50 years, the practice works across a broad range of sectors including industrial, education, hospitality, leisure, research and development, public sector and residential projects, with schemes ranging from £500k to over £200m.

The Role
* Manage projects through all RIBA work stages.
* Produce and coordinate design and technical information.
* Lead project delivery from concept to completion.
* Work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.
* Deliver projects using Revit as the primary software.
* Prepare presentations and project documentation.
* Support junior team members where required.

* Qualified Architect with proven project delivery experience.
* Strong design, technical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent Revit proficiency.
* Experience coordinating consultants and project teams.
* Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders.
* Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
