The Role
* Lead the design and delivery of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
* Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved
* Coordinate internal design teams, consultants and external stakeholders
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading meetings and presenting design proposals
* Ensure project milestones are delivered efficiently and to a high technical standard
* Contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice through collaborative working
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
* Proven experience delivering leisure sector projects
* Strong proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD
* Confident managing client relationships and leading project meetings
* Demonstrable experience managing architectural projects independently
* Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and technically accomplished work
* Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
* Passionate about delivering high-quality architecture within a collaborative studio environment
