Signage & Graphics Project Manager
An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Signage & Graphics Project Manager to deliver signage and visual communications projects, managing workflows, stakeholders, and delivery from brief to completion in a fast-paced environment.

As a Signage & Graphics Project Manager, you will coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and clients, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for planning, resourcing, and managing project workflows while adapting to changing priorities.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Signage & Graphics Project Manager include:
Stakeholder Liaison: Managing relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners
Project Planning: Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules
Resource Management: Estimating and coordinating resources and project participants
Workflow Control: Overseeing projects from initiation through to completion
Health and Safety Compliance: Developing RAMS and working with compliance teams on site requirements
Communication Management: Producing clear project plans and documentation
Change Management: Proactively managing changes to scope, timelines, and expectations
Team Coordination: Delegating tasks and supporting team performance
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in project management within signage, graphics, or a related environment
Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A logical and solution-focused approach to problem solving
Good commercial awareness and budget control understanding
Ability to work collaboratively and lead project teams
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
