Position: Psychology Graduate - SEN Teaching Assistant

Pay: £90 - £105 per day

What You'll Be Doing

* Supporting pupils with a range of learning, behavioural, and emotional needs

* Providing 1:1 and small group support to help students reach their full potential

* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists

* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

* Gaining valuable experience in behaviour management and SEN support strategies

What We're Looking For

* A recent Psychology Graduate (or related degree)

* A genuine interest in child development and inclusive education

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude

* Previous experience working with children or in a care setting is desirable but not essential
