Position: Clinical Teaching Assistant - Psychology or Criminology Graduate

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £460 - £500 per week

What You'll Do:

* Deliver 1:1 and group support to children and young adults with SEMH challenges

* Help implement tailored interventions focused on emotional regulation and behaviour management

* Work closely with teachers, support staff, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster a safe and supportive environment

* Use your psychology and criminology knowledge to inform your approach to student needs

* Track and monitor student progress, recording key developments

* Build strong, trusting relationships that encourage personal growth and achievement

Who We're Looking For:

* Persons with a degree in Psychology or Criminology, or a related field

* Passionate individuals eager to support children and young adults with SEMH needs

* Excellent communicators who can work independently and collaboratively

* Compassionate, resilient, and proactive professionals

* Previous experience in SEN or SEMH settings is a plus but not essential

* Ability to commute to Cambridge
