Quantum Scholars are working with a wonderful Primary School in Surrey that is seeking an enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their team from January 2026. Requirements

Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS or equivalent)

Responsibilities

Create a warm, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe and motivated to learn

Monitor, assess and record pupils' progress, ensuring every child is supported and challenged appropriately
*
Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders
*
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and the wider school community
*
Implement the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies consistently
*
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events, activities and enrichment opportunities
*
Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour and personal development
