A well-established, therapeutic fostering agency is seeking a dedicated Recruitment, Retention & Training Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape foster carer journeys, lead creative outreach strategies, and support training and retention efforts that make a real impact.

Responsibilities:
* Design and implement recruitment campaigns to attract new foster carers
* Coordinate and deliver high-quality foster carer training (online and in-person)
* Build strong relationships with carers through engagement and support initiatives
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to data reporting and compliance
Requirements:
* Experience in recruitment, retention, or training, ideally within fostering or children's services
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
* IT proficient - especially Microsoft Office (case management experience desirable)
* Flexible availability - may include occasional evenings or weekends
