Regional Sales Manager - North (Field-Based)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus

Manchester (with travel across the North of England)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to join a well-established, market-leading organisation within the security and access solutions sector. This is a field-based role covering the North of England, with a strong focus on developing both new and existing business across a defined territory.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving sustainable sales growth through a consultative, solutions-led approach. You will manage a portfolio of accounts while actively identifying and winning new business opportunities across your region.

Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering and exceeding regional sales targets

* Developing and executing a strategic territory plan

* Building long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders

* Identifying and converting new business opportunities

* Managing a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting

* Delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions

* Providing market insights and competitor analysis

* Representing the business at industry events and exhibitions

* Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on performance

The Candidate

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in external B2B sales. You will be confident operating autonomously in a field-based role and comfortable selling solutions rather than just products.

Key requirements:

* Proven experience in external B2B sales

* Strong territory management and new business development skills

* Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Experience within security, construction products, or technical solutions would be advantageous but is not essential.
