Person Specification

* Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People's Workforce (or actively working towards)

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

* Strong understanding of Children's Homes regulations, standards and quality frameworks

* Child-centred, resilient and committed to trauma-responsive practice
