Registered Fostering Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

A well-established Independent Fostering Agency (IFA), in the West Midlands, is looking for a strong manger to join their team. This is your chance to be a part of a positive change within an agency where you can change the lives of children and young people.

Responsibilities:

* Improve Ofsted registration and ensure regulatory compliance

* Drive service development and improve outcomes for young people

* Lead and manage a team of social workers, team manager, assessors, and admin support

Requirements:

* Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration

* Strong fostering sector experience (IFA preferred)

* Ofsted Registered Manager experience or readiness to register

* Confident in staff supervision, service development & legislation

* Motivated, creative and child-centred leader

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
