Registered Fostering Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of staff while overseeing a small number of fostering households, helping everyone deliver safe, high-quality, trauma-informed care.
* Help the service grow and improve - support foster care retention, developing staff skills, and building a positive, learning-focused culture.
* Ensure compliance, safeguarding practices whilst maintain Ofsted rating and a high standard of care
Requirements:
* Registered with Social Work England
* Driver
* Very good understanding of the Ofsted regulations, fostering legislation / National Minimum Standards
* Management experience, either a Registered Fostering Manager or Deputy Manager within an IFA
