Remedial Plumber
Location: Lambeth
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 + Company Vehicle, Overtime & Benefits
My client is currently seeking an experienced Remedial Plumber to join their established team covering Lambeth and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Remedial Plumber who enjoys a practical, hands-on role carrying out a variety of plumbing repairs and remedial works while supporting water hygiene compliance across commercial sites.
The successful Remedial Plumber will play a key role in maintaining and improving water systems to ensure they remain compliant with current regulations. This position would suit a proactive Remedial Plumber who is confident fault-finding, carrying out repairs, and completing plumbing modifications as part of wider water hygiene works.

Key Duties
* Temperature monitoring and water sampling to maintain compliance
* TMV servicing, testing, and fail-safe inspections
* Cold Water Storage Tank inspections, cleaning, and disinfection
* Calorifier and hot water system inspections
* Plumbing and remedial works including:
* Repair and replacement of float valves, Keraflow valves, and equilibrium float valves
* Resolving leaking overflows and faulty pipework
* Stopcock replacements and system modifications
* Barrel and pipework repairs and alterations
* Dead-leg removals and pipework adjustments
* Completing service reports and compliance documentation
* Ensuring all work meets health, safety, and regulatory standards
