Retrofit Coordinator

Location: Manchester

Reference: CTJ30

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Join a long-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with nearly 50 years of industry leadership. With over 250 staff and offices nationwide, this organisation provides integrated services across architecture, surveying, project management, engineering, and sustainability - and they are now looking to expand their retrofit team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and deliver retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 requirements

* Review and assure the quality of Retrofit Assessments and Designs

* Coordinate project stages from initial assessment to final implementation

* Offer strategic guidance on energy improvements and survey requirements

* Conduct desktop reviews and site inspections, producing detailed technical reports

* Collaborate with internal engineers, designers, and external consultants

* Apply SAP modelling and assess thermal bridging for performance simulation

* Take part in CPD, client meetings, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

* Support wider business development and marketing efforts as required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or a related discipline

* Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management

* Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency and Retrofit of Traditional Buildings

* In-depth knowledge of retrofit standards, risk mitigation, and compliance pathways

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Proven ability to manage complex deliverables and work across multidisciplinary teams
