Are you an experienced Revit Technician looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Milton Keynes, is on the lookout for a talented individual to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for high-quality design, strong Revit skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Revit Technician, you will be working on a variety of exciting projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. You will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed 3D models and technical drawings, working closely with architects and engineers to bring designs to life. The role is office-based 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.

Key Responsibilities:

* Creating detailed and accurate Revit models and technical drawings

* Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery

* Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices

* Supporting project teams with model coordination and clash detection

* Managing and updating project documentation as required

What We're Looking For:

* Proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of BIM (Building Information Modelling)

* Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail

* Experience in the architectural or construction sectors (preferably 2+ years)

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

* A proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other BIM-related software

* Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards

* Experience working on multi-disciplinary projects
