Due to expansion in the Signage and Architectural Division, we have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager. This role offers the chance to develop client accounts, manage sales pipelines and deliver tailored visual communication solutions.

As the Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager, you will generate new business through cold calling, networking and prospecting, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across multiple sectors. You will be confident in identifying opportunities, presenting solutions and negotiating deals.

The Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time and to the highest standards, while meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager include:

• Develop New Business: Proactively target new clients through cold calling, networking and social media

• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sectors

• Sales Conversion: Use all available tools to convert new opportunities into revenue

• Client Focus: Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs and objectives

• Project Oversight: Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and to expectations

• Team Collaboration: Work with internal colleagues to provide seamless project delivery

• Represent Organisation: Attend client meetings, trade shows and industry events

• Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed agreed sales goals and growth strategies

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven Sales Experience: Background in sales, ideally within signage, graphics or workplace branding

• Communication Skills: Strong ability to present, negotiate and close deals

• Proactive Approach: Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effectively

• Creative Interest: Passion for design and visual environments

• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required
