Are you a proactive and detail-focused administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
We're working with a fast-growing, well-established business in Kettering that's looking for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly, supportive team on a temporary basis for 6 months - with a real chance to go permanent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant sales support team in a company that supplies popular consumer products across the UK and beyond.
📍 Location: Kettering
🕘 Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:00pm
💰 Pay: £13.00 per hour (equivalent to £25,350 annually)
📅 Contract: 6-month temp (potential to go permanent)
🔍 What you'll be doing:
* Handling inbound calls and assisting with sales enquiries
* Processing B2B orders via phone and email
* Responding to customer queries by phone or email (B2B and B2C)
* Supporting Sales Representatives and Agents with information and updates
* Keeping email logs clear and organised daily
* Managing and processing complaints in a professional manner
* Updating customer portals with stock levels
* Providing general administrative support across the team
