Sales Support Executive

The Role
You will be the vital link between the customers, the Account Managers, and the operations, ensuring the sales process is smooth, efficient, and customer focused.
* Handle all aspects of customer service, including incoming emails and calls, providing accurate ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) on orders, and maintaining strong communication.
* Provide direct support to Account Managers, including preparing quotes, assisting with Demo Kit requests, and replying to customer/supplier inquiries when they are unavailable.
* Load and manage sales orders within the CRM, ensuring all information is accurate prior to approval.
* Work closely with the supply chain and manufacturers on stock queries and carry out data admin for stock allocation.
* Take part in product training to stay up to date with new products and occasionally attend customer meetings (virtual or physical).

* You should possess strong communication skills with multiple internal departments and the ability to converse effectively with customers and people throughout the organisation, from Director-level down.
* You possess excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

* You have experience using a CRM and a good understanding of Microsoft Office.
* You are happy working in a semi-rural environment and able to build effective relationships across departments.
