As School Business Manager, you will work closely with the Headteacher and governors to lead and manage key aspects of the school's business operations, including:

* Financial planning and budget management

* HR and personnel administration

* Premises and facilities management

* Health & safety compliance

* Procurement and contract negotiation

* Strategic planning and school improvement support

You will be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the school's long-term vision and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

School Business Manager Requirements:

* Has proven experience in financial and operational management, ideally in an education setting

* Holds a recognised school business management qualification (e.g. DSBM, CSBM) or equivalent

* Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities

* Has excellent communication and leadership skills

* Understands school finance, HR, and compliance processes

* Is proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused
