About the Role
As a School Cleaner in Worksop, you will support local schools by ensuring learning environments remain clean, safe and hygienic for pupils and staff.
The School Cleaner role across Worksop involves carrying out essential cleaning duties on a flexible basis, with assignments varying depending on school requirements.
Typical hours may include:
* 5:30am - 7:30am
* 6:00am - 8:00am
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness throughout school buildings
* Clean classrooms, offices, toilets and communal areas
* Follow COSHH and health and safety procedures
* Safely store and use cleaning materials and equipment
* Support schools in maintaining a safe environment
* Report any concerns to school management where appropriate
Candidate Requirements
* Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* Health & Safety training
* COSHH training
* Previous cleaning experience preferred
* Ability to travel throughout Worksop if required
* Professional, reliable and flexible attitude
