About the Role - Luton
As a School Support Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD. You'll help pupils build confidence, manage emotions, and engage positively with their learning.
This role is ideal for individuals considering a career in clinical psychology, counselling, social work, youth justice, or education, offering valuable, hands-on experience in the sector.
Role Details
Location: Luton
Pay: £465-£500 per week
Sector: Education and Training
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (term-time only)

The School Support Worker We're Looking For

* Experience supporting vulnerable young people (preferred but not essential)
* A compassionate, reliable, and proactive approach
* Based locally in Luton or able to commute
