Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (£40,657 - £58,941, dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent or 1-Year Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

You will:

Teach and support a small class of secondary-aged pupils with Autism (ASC) and/or complex needs

Deliver engaging, personalised learning tailored to individual needs

Work closely with support staff and a wider multidisciplinary team

Make a genuine and lasting difference to pupils' development and independence

About You

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs welcome

* Is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs

* Has a positive, resilient and proactive approach

* Works effectively as part of a team

* Is motivated to make a real difference

* Experience with ASC is highly desirable.
