As SEMH Support you'll support pupils with emotional, social, and behavioural challenges to engage in learning and achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities of SEMH Support:
* Deliver 1:1 and small group support for SEMH pupils.
* Implement interventions to build confidence, resilience, and positive behaviour.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies.
* Monitor, evaluate, and report pupil progress.
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment.
Candidate Profile of SEMH Support:
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs.
* Patient, calm, and empathetic approach.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
