About the Role:

* Support students aged 11-16 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs

* Work closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, and external agencies to provide tailored support

* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, promoting emotional regulation, self-esteem, and resilience

* Be a positive role model, helping students re-engage with education in a safe, structured environment

Who We're Looking For:

* A recent psychology or criminology graduate (2:1 or above preferred)

* Passionate about making a real impact on the lives of vulnerable young people

* Calm, empathetic, and able to build trusting relationships

* The ability to commute to Royston.

* Previous experience with young people or vulnerable groups (voluntary or paid) is a bonus, but not essential
