We are looking for a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Luton. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support students who may experience challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, behavioural difficulties, trauma-related needs, attachment issues, and social interaction challenges. You will play a key role in helping pupils manage their emotions, build resilience, develop positive relationships, and remain engaged in their learning.
You will work closely with teachers and inclusion staff to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
