SEN 1:1 TA - St. Albans - ASAP Start - Full Time
A school im working with in St Albans is seeking a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Reception pupil with challenging behaviour, likely linked to ASD. The role will involve providing dedicated classroom support and helping the pupil engage with learning and manage behaviour throughout the school day.
The pupil can be tricky to work with, so the school is looking for someone patient, resilient, and confident supporting children with additional needs. There is no personal care required.
This is a full time role for ASAP start up until the end of the academic year provisionally (School looking to interview this week & next week).
