As an SEN Class Teacher, you will:

* Lead a small, well-supported class of pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, and communication difficulties

* Create and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs

* Foster a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

* Collaborate closely with SENCOs, support staff, therapists, and parents/carers

* Use a trauma-informed and child-centred approach to learning and behaviour

What We're Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience working in an SEN or inclusive mainstream setting (desirable)

* Strong understanding of Autism, SEMH, and other complex learning needs

* A calm, compassionate, and resilient teaching approach

* Ability to commute to Kempston

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills

* A commitment to inclusion, creativity, and nurturing each child's potential
