Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:
* Lead a small, well-supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
* Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons aligned with EHCPs
* Foster a calm, inclusive classroom using a therapeutic, positive approach to behaviour
* Collaborate with parents, carers, and multi-disciplinary specialists to support each child's holistic development
* Help shape curriculum design and school culture with opportunities to lead and pilot new ideas
