The Role - Bedford

In this role, you will:

* Deliver engaging, nurture-based lessons to small groups and on a 1:1 basis

* Support pupils with SEMH needs, focusing on emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

* Apply trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches consistently

* Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes aligned with EHCP outcomes

* Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral teams, therapists, and external professionals

* Create a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
