Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Start Date: November 2025

Daily Rate: £95-£105

Contract: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:30pm)

Academics, one of London's leading education recruitment agencies, is now hiring enthusiastic and proactive Teaching Assistants to join the team.

The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Support learners aged 11-16 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex learning needs.

* Work within small class groups (around 8-10 pupils) alongside a teacher and at least 3 other TAs.

* Help deliver personalised support, build trust with pupils, and create a safe, engaging learning space.

* Work closely with teachers, therapists, parents, and carers to ensure each student thrives.

* Be willing to support with personal care and swimming sessions if required.
