Your Impactful Role:
As an SEN Secondary Teacher, you will:
✨ Develop tailored learning plans to meet each child's unique needs.
✨ Offer trauma-informed support, fostering emotional resilience and academic progress.
✨ Promote positive interactions through individual or small-group sessions.
✨ Work alongside specialists to cultivate a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with 2+ years of SEN/SEND experience.
✔ Experience managing challenging behaviours and supporting complex needs.
✔ Valid DBS (or readiness to obtain one) + current safeguarding certification.
✔ Eligibility to work in the UK with two professional references.
