* Ongoing training and development in specialist education approaches

What we're looking for:

* A keen interest in special education, disability, and child development

* Patience, empathy, and resilience

* Previous experience with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable but not essential)

* A genuine commitment to inclusive education and supporting every child to thrive
