Are you a passionate and committed teacher looking for a fresh challenge in the new year? A specialist primary school in West Drayton is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their supportive team from January 2026. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils with a wide range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and moderate to severe learning challenges.
Role Overview
In this role, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to support pupils' progress
* Create a safe, structured, and motivating classroom environment
* Monitor, assess, and adapt teaching strategies to ensure continued pupil development
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
* Previous experience working with SEN pupils (preferably in primary settings)
* A calm, resilient, and creative approach to teaching
* Dedication to inclusive, child-centred education
* A genuine desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with additional needs
