* Implement sensory-based strategies to support behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation

* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support EHCP targets

* Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

SEN Teacher - Requirements

* Must hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE or equivalent)

* Experience supporting pupils with SLD, autism, and sensory behaviours is essential

* Strong behaviour-management skills and a calm, compassionate approach

* Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs
