This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers looking to build hands-on experience within a specialist setting.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of Special Educational Needs.
* Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.
* Support students with their communication, social, emotional, and academic development.
* Work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor students' progress and wellbeing throughout the school day.
We're looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who is:
* Patient, compassionate, and passionate about supporting young people with SEN.
* A confident communicator with a positive and proactive approach.
* Interested in gaining practical experience before a career in psychology, therapy, or education.
* Able to build strong relationships with students and staff.

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
