The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

We're working with outstanding SEN schools in Kempston that offer tailored, holistic education to students with a wide range of needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll support children both academically and emotionally-working closely with teachers, therapists, and clinical staff to ensure each pupil thrives.

We're Looking For:

* Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (Autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, SEMH, etc.)

* A calm, compassionate, and proactive approach to learning support

* Ideally, a Level 2 or higher qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning

* A genuine interest in building a long-term career in education or therapeutic support

Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain)

* Right to work in the UK

* Ability to commute to Kempston

* Commitment to a long-term, term-time role
