SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time
Location: Bristol
We're looking for someone who enjoys building strong, positive relationships with young people and wants to make a real difference in their education. It's a close-knit setting where you'll really get to know the learners and support them in ways that make sense for them.
We're looking for someone who:
* Can provide calm, consistent, and patient support, both 1:1 and in small groups.
* Knows how to connect with students, encourage their interests, and help them stay engaged in learning.
* Understands that progress isn't just about academics - it's about building confidence, life skills, and independence.
* Brings resilience, humour, and flexibility to every day (because no two days are ever the same).
What the role involves:
* Supporting students' learning in class and in practical sessions.
* Encouraging social skills, communication, and independence.
* Helping students manage challenges with positivity and understanding.
* Working closely with staff, parents, and other professionals to give students the best possible support.
Hours & start date:
This is a full-time role during school hours, starting as soon as possible.
