The Role:
* Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties.
* Helping children learn and grow both in and outside the classroom, developing academically, socially, and emotionally.
* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to tailor support and track individual progress.
Ideal For:
* An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a meaningful role with real impact in the education and training sector.
* Psychology graduates keen to gain valuable experience before pursuing further study in areas such as Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, or Teaching.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
* Strong communication, patience, and resilience.
* Reliable commute to Sandy.
* Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential - attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are key!
