SEN Teaching Assistant - Hatfield

We're working with a forward-thinking, inclusive SEN school in Hatfield that is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team this September. Requirements of a SEN Teaching Assistant:
* A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
* Strong communication, patience, and resilience.
* Reliable commute to Hatfield.
* Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential - the right attitude and enthusiasm are what matter most!
The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant - Hatfield
* Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties.
* Assisting learning inside and outside the classroom to help pupils progress academically, socially, and emotionally.
* Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to provide tailored support and track progress.
