What the SEN teaching assistant role will look like:
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support for children with SEND
* Assisting with personalised learning plans
* Promoting independence, confidence and engagement
* Helping pupils with communication and social skills
* Supporting emotional well-being and behaviour strategies
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver the best outcomes

* Experience supporting children with SEN (school or alternative settings)
