We're looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bedford. SEN Teaching Assistant - Bedford

Education & Training Sector | Immediate Start

Location: Bedford

Pay: £460 - £500 per week

Contract: Full-Time, Term Time

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEND

* Be patient, nurturing, and resilient

* Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills

* Be able to commute reliably to Bedford

* Feel confident supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups

* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties

* Promoting independence, confidence, and engagement in learning

* Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

* Providing behaviour support and assisting with emotional regulation when needed
