Your Day-to-Day Impact - Ware
In this SEN Teaching Assistant position, you'll work closely with teaching and support staff to ensure pupils feel safe, engaged, and encouraged to succeed. You'll support learning both in the classroom and through targeted 1:1 or small group interventions, helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally in the education and training environment.
