Job Overview:

* This SEN secondary school caters for pupils aged 11-16.

* Full-time, Monday - Friday, SEN Teaching Assistant role.

* Support students with a range of SEN including autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties in Chelmsford.

* Work closely with teachers to adapt learning and provide in-class support.

* Support pupils in developing social skills, independence, and emotional regulation.
