TLTP Education is recruiting a Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to work within an ASD provision in Redbridge, supporting an EYFS-aged child on a 1:1 basis.

* The ability to build trusting relationships and provide consistent 1:1 support.

* A calm, patient approach and the ability to adapt activities to meet the child's individual needs.

* A genuine passion for helping children develop their communication, independence and engagement.

Benefits:

* Long-term opportunity within a specialist ASD provision.

* On-site parking.

* The opportunity to make a real difference to a young child's development.
