SENCO - The Role
This secondary school in Buckingham is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to join their team on a long-term supply basis until July.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the SEN provision across the school, supporting students with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH. You will work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure that all students receive the support they need to thrive. A key part of the role will involve overseeing and reviewing EHCPs, as well as promoting an inclusive learning environment across the school.
The school is looking for someone who is confident, organised, and passionate about making a difference, with strong experience in managing SEN provision and supporting students with additional needs.
