SEND Teaching Assistant - Romford
Start Date: As soon as possible
Pay: £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
We have an exciting opportunity for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our thriving secondary school located in the heart of Romford! If you are passionate about making a difference and supporting students with additional needs, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be based in our resourced provision, working closely with students from Year 7 to Year 11. You will play a key role in helping pupils with a range of special educational needs reach their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.
We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant who:

Is committed, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young people

Has experience or a strong interest in supporting learners with additional needs

Can work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN professionals

Has excellent communication skills and a nurturing approach
